Go Fishing & We’ll Cook Your Catch
We hope you have enjoyed your fishing trip and have many stories to tell us. At the Fisherman’s Wharf Restaurant, we want to complete your fun-filled day by allowing us to prepare your big catch while you sit back, relax and enjoy. Simply bring your fish by after your fishing trip or when you stop in to dine. You can leave the fish and your name with the hostess and we will keep it on ice until you order. We will cook it any way you like: fried, grilled, blackened or all mixed up! The platter is served with a generous helping of coleslaw, french fries, hush puppies, and your choice of a side item. Bring in10 –12 ounces per person as well as “ready to cook” fish fillets, please. Thanks and we look forward to serving you.

Grill like Mike:
#1) Soak fillet in Zesty Italian dressing ½ hr. Put on hot grill 2-2 ½ minutes on each side. When finishing, brush with Ceasar dressing and lightly dust with garlic powder.
#2) Soak in LaChoy soy sauce 10 minutes. Put on hot grill and brush with LaChoy soy teriyaki mixed with wasabi. Grill 2 ½ minutes each side.
Marguerite’s Fish Dip:
Relish, diced spring onions, whipped Philadelphia cream cheese with chives, mayonnaise, celery, small drop or two of liquid smoke (if desired), and your cooked fish. (any type fish will work). The fish can be grilled, smoked, broiled, fried, or blackened.
Put cooked fish in a bowl (dinner leftovers work great too). Add all other ingredients proportionally to the amount of fish you have and your personal taste. Mix and blend all together to a smooth dip like consistency. Put in refrigerator and let “ferment” for a few hours.
Serve cold and enjoy with your favorite chip, cracker, or vegetable !!
